Diet to Increase Butt Size

Hey, fellas. How you doing? Today I’m going to share with you this great article about the food I’m going to take along during the day.

Some time ago I shared my diet on social networks and the messages were not long in coming. Everyone asked me if I was eating, and that I should take the time to write an article on how I prepare my food. So, well, here we go.

The first thing I do at the start of the day is a delicious vegetable omelet. In my case, the vegetables I chose are:

  • Tomatoes
  • Potato
  • Asparagus
  • Green bell pepper
  • Chayote

Each and every vegetable is cooked and inside the omelette with cheese. You can accompany it with whatever you like, I make it with two slices of whole wheat bread and a cup of coffee. This helps my digestion a lot, and the coffee wakes me up so much that I spend the rest of the day in a good mood and very active.

Two hours after breakfast, it’s time for our little cup of cinnamon oatmeal. You can eat it as it is, or sweeten it a little with sugar.

At last, it’s time for lunch, and it will consist of two dishes. For the first one we’ll need:

  • A small cup of steamed rice
  • 100gr chicken breast

And for our second dish that will be a rich salad we’ll occupy:

  • Tomatoes
  • Watercress
  • Spinach
  • Lettuce

That’ll give us a delicious, nutritious meal. If they are hungry, they can repeat one more serving of chicken or salad, but not rice.

Two hours later, we will be ready for our light meal (collection). For this meal can be practically any fruit you want, whether it is a banana, pieces of papaya, pineapple etc..

In the same way it is advisable to accompany them with yogurt or granola, it will do you good to have a dessert in the afternoons.

Dinner time has finally arrived, and for this one we will need:

  • Panela cheese
  • Corn tortillas (Not flour)
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes

With these ingredients we will prepare two delicious quesadillas of panela cheese, accompanied by a delicious salad with the other ingredients. If you feel that this wasn’t enough and you’re still not satisfied, you can prepare one more, but don’t overdo it.
